Skrillex going Mainstream?

Skrillex going Mainstream...

So I have been hearing a lot of people talking about Skrillex going mainstream? Don't get mad at me but I just won't believe it.  You know why I wont believe it?  Because I can never imagine Skrillex going mainstream.  In my terms, going mainstream means going all the way "pop" and hearing the song on the radio, MTV or much music 20 000 times a day.  THAT is what I call going mainstream.

Don't agree with me? well, I'll tell just exactly what I think of this.

I personally think this is BULL SHIT.  THAT'S RIGHT. B.U.L.L. S.H.I.T.

I believe that Skrillex will always have his own unique sound with him, that's why I love him and his music.  I have been following Skrillex ever since he was in From First To Last.  I remember hearing a song from "Dear Diary My Teen Angst Has A Body Count" In 2005, which is the first time I liked listening to Rock/Screamo.  I legit fell in love with the music, and was listening to the music 24/7 or whenever I could.  Sonny Moore's voice was incredible, and I loved his voice.  Back then, I didn't know that he would become Skrillex, heck, even he didn't know. Only God knew...

When Sonny had that voice injury, I remember that I didn't give up on being his fan, and I listened to all the music he had created before the voice injury.  

After he had started his solo career as Skrillex, I remember re-falling in love with the new sound he was creating, and He was then still my favourite.  I never lost hope in him, and he always had something creative with every song he made.  When "My Name Is Skrillex" came out, I remember downloading it 2 days after it was first released.  I still listen to the songs from 'My Name Is Skrillex" and I never get tired of it.  My favourite song off of that album is "With you Friends" I think it has a good sound to it, and it's really fun to dance to.

Now, where was I... oh right! his sound.

His sound is always unique, and in every song he has that amazing "bass drop" and that's just the cherry on top.  There's always a cool beat in every song, and I feel like there are always cool glitches, tunes, and if there is singing/speaking in the song, he does something cool with the voice, like mixing it up, or making it higher, or lower, faster or slower.  Anyways, it's just cool.

Wait... what do you say? His music's not going mainstream... It's him that's going mainstream? Oh, well that's just more Shit that people are thinking.

Going mainstream isn't bad.  It technically means getting discovered more, and having more people know who you are.  I legit am starting to hate the word "mainstream"  it pisses me off whenever I hear someone say "This is too mainstream" or "I liked it, then it went mainstream" WOOOW. WOOOOOOOW.

Just because you've seen Skrillex on MTV, or at the Grammy's receiving awards, doesn't mean that he is going all mainstream.  It means that he is getting discovered, and more poeple are going to get to know his music.  Which for me... IS A GOOD THING! It means you won't need to explain who Skrillex is to everyone you bump into (just an expression, I know lots of people who know Skrillex) And more people will discover that his music is pretty cool!

I also know lots of people who call themselves "True Fans" and know every single thing to know about him.  Thats great, Be Stalker!(sarcasm) True fans are the people that go for music, NOT HIS LOOKS, NOR HIS HEIGHT, WEIGHT, "HOTNESS", UGLYNESS, or people liking him just for the "experience" or to go and get drunk at his concerts and get raped.  That's not being a true fan people! I have loved Sonny/Skrillex for SEVEN YEARS.  SEVEN YEARS. And I haven't changed my mind, I've been with him from the transition from rock to electro, and have supported his decisions ever since.

So if I were you, I'd shut the fuck up, stop crying, and go enjoy the music that he has to offer, because it's only going to get better, and bigger.

You hear me "Used to like Skrillex before he went mainstream" people?  He did NOT go all mainstream, and he WILL NOT go mainstream.

Even if he does, he will still have his drops, cool glitches and so on.
